The value for money at Faroway was excellent. The room was unique and cozy with single beds instead of bunk beds. The location was superb, right in the middle of everything. The staff were cute and knowledgeable.
The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

I absolutely loved the vibrant and central location of the hostel. It was right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and discover the local attractions. the 6-bed female dorm was incredibly charming and bright, with no bunk beds. the quirky design and decoration added a unique touch to my stay. the shower was a pleasant surprise - powerful and with hot water, a luxury I hadn't experienced in a while. the rooftop terrace with a hammock and bar provided me with hours of blissful relaxation, reading and snoozing.
It's worth noting that the noise from the street could be a bit bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper or have an early flight to catch. this is to be expected as the hostel is located in a bustling area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the commercial district and within a short walking distance to the old town, harbor, and bus/railway stations. Jorge, the host, was amazing and made my stay comfortable and communication easy. the room I stayed in was basic but clean, and all the facilities were available upstairs. I especially loved the stylish decoration throughout the hostel and the cool rooftop area for barbecues. This was an impeccable price-quality experience. Cons: Couldn't fault anything! 😊.

Loved the location of the hostel, it was right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the key attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable. The hostel had a kitchen and a mini bar on the upper floor, which was a great spot to relax and take in the views of the city.
I had to wake up early to get bread for breakfast, as it would often run out quickly. However, there was a supermarket nearby so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.
